Our Initial Construction Consultation is a an hour of complementary in home initial time to listen to whatever challenges you are having with the existing space, learn more about your vision for the space, and how you’d like to use it.

Additional Construction Consultation over the initial hour, would be to measure your space if there are no Blue Prints provided, to develop further solutions, discuss specific areas or DYI projects would be charged an hourly fee.

Measuring dimensions of specific space and gathering inspirational ideas, imagery and samples for functional solutions. Sourcing needed subcontractor services, material and finish options as paint colors, tiles, countertops, lighting, and cabinetry finishes for a desired look.

Based on provided Blue Prints, we create 2 dimensional birds-eye view layouts for your Plumbing Layout, Electrical Layout, etc. We also create 2 dimensional elevation drawings for your tiles, to show raised fireplace wall or other structures to help visualize a specific design idea. These drawings help to communicate location,  placement and dimensions for subcontractors and help to obtain a more accurate price quote.

We gather competitive quotes based on provided drawing or elevations for needed project. Then we provide a digital Proposal document with itemized price quotes for all the proposed Services, Materials & Finishes for you to review prior to ordering.  

A breakdown of all the remodeling aspects needed to be completed; as Demolition, New Build, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electric, Painting, etc. We use this roadmap document to make sure all the remodeling demands are being meet in a timely fashion.

Throughout the remodel project we provide planning, execution and monitoring to keep any project moving according to our signed-off design plan. Also we oversee purchasing, receiving and inspecting of all purchased products. As well we expediting necessary travel for pick-ups or returns from initial order to final installation.

A meeting with subcontractors, design professionals or client to review progress of remodel project, manage timeline and to inspect completed tasks against proposed remodel plan standards.
